Course objectives
Students learn about the basics of art mediation and how to activate the work in the gallery. They are informed about the foundations of the history of the work of museums and galleries, as well as the current mission and gallery typology. They are prepared for active youth work before the artwork. They actively run a program for the public in the exhibition area.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to create and make a gallery animation before the artwork. The student will be able to evaluate the exhibition space and then work with him on the level of education of different target groups. She will be able to apply the knowledge from the didactics of gallery pedagogy to practice. The student is able to apply the theoretical knowledge about the basics of works of art galleries and art museums in the teaching of art education.
