Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic procedures of cosmetic (aesthetic) dermatology and the purpose of their application.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- orient themselves in the range of aesthetic dermatology procedures and products;
- describe which procedures can be applied in individual cases;
- describe the pros and cons of each procedure.

  • - Basic areas and reasons for using cosmetic dermatology procedures.
  • - Overview of cosmetic dermatology procedures, indications for individual procedures.
  • - Laser therapy.
  • - Chemical peeling.
  • - Dermabrasion.
  • - Dermal fillers.
  • - Botulinum toxin injections.
  • - Mesotherapy.
  • - Microneedling.
  • - Photodynamic therapy.
  • - Cryotherapy.
  • - Plasmotherapy.
  • - Micrografting (hair growth restoration).
  • - Non-invasive facelift.
  • - Lipolysis
