- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce various aspects and approaches to the analysis of musical notation in terms of musical rhetorical figures and musical symbolism in the broader sense.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to recognize in music of different stylistic periods the means of musical symbolism and musical rhetorics. The student will be able to analyze shorter vocal-instrumental forms in terms of musical rhetorical figures and symbolism in a broader sense.
