Course objectives
The student will gain a complex overview of the complicated developments in the Western Europe in the transition period between Antiquity and Medieval times. He will acquire competences to use metodological procedures in order to independently analyze the development in the early medieval states. The student will also gain knowledge of certain characteristic features of the transition periods in the human history.
