Course objectives
Do you create products, design services, lead teams and want to get better at it? The Design Thinking course will allow you to take your projects to a new level. Design Thinking teaches you to think outside of normal structures and look for innovative solutions. The individual chapters of the course gradually introduce you to the principles and process of designing services, its phases of the process and practical proven methods that will make your work easier. We will tell you tips and tricks as well as the experiences of others. You will also encounter tasks where you will have to roll up your sleeves and try something. You will learn how to design services and products so that they are really useful to people.
Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the participant will:
- Design entirely new services or improve what you already do. Proceed with confidence and build on solid foundations.
- Find out what people need, understand them better. To ensure the success of your work with those you work for.
- Have ideas and drive to implement your own project.
- Establish and maintain meaningful cooperation - with partners, colleagues, clients, users, do things participatively.
- To be courageous, creative and self-confident, at the same time standing critically with your feet on the ground, learning from mistakes and avoiding unnecessary missteps.
- Constantly improving, being curious and adapting our services to changing conditions and people's needs.

On-line meetings, on-line workshops, independent activities, experiments
Assessment methods
Participants will receive a university certificate, if they.:
participate in an introductory design workshop, study the e-learning materials, complete assignments, participate in a final colloquium with a presentation of the project.
