Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce the phraseology as one of the linguistic disciplines and at the same time apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in concrete texts. Students will learn to use Spanish phraseological dictionaries appropriately. The comparative study of the phraseological units in both languages: Czech and Spanish will be emphasised.
Learning outcomes
Student who successfully complete the course are acquainted with: A) basic terminology in the field of Phraseology, B) proper use of Spanish idioms dictionaries C) classification and correct interpretation of Spanish idioms They are also able to use actively selected types of idioms (especially collocation)
