- Course objectives
- The course «Foundations of wellbeing» will allow participants to better understand and apply the concepts of wellbeing and health in their daily lives, establish individual balance and increase personal productivity in various aspects of wellbeing (including physical, emotional, cognitive, social, spiritual and professional wellbeing), and teach basic techniques and practical tools to improve their well-being and ensure harmony in life.
- Learning outcomes
- Graduates of the course will: be aware of the areas of wellbeing, be able to assess their own areas of wellbeing (including physical, emotional, cognitive, social, spiritual and professional wellbeing), have techniques and strategies to improve personal performance and well-being in various life areas.

- Main Topics: definition of wellbeing and its components; physical wellbeing, cognitive wellbeing, social wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, professional wellbeing, environmental wellbeing, wellbeing support techniques.
