Course objectives
The aim of the course is to realize a comprehensive "development centre" programme, including evaluation of the outcomes, compilation of the report to participants and giving feedback.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course students should be able to:
realize DC independently;
assess competences;
create written feedback for participants.

Teaching methods: homeworks in groups, discussions, 1-day DC realisation, feedback
Assessment methods
Presence at first two lectures necessary!!!
Students gain credits on the basis of:
1. active work at real DC realisation
2. handover of written feedback for one DC participant.
