Course objectives
An overview of the history of Polish literature between the years 1956 and 1970. The course contains information about the period, the literary epochs, trends, schools and authors, with an analysis of genres and specific works and also leads toward a knowledge of written forms of expression within the given issues.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Přehled dějin polské literatury od konce 2. světové války do současnosti. Obsahuje informace o vývoji politické, společenské a kulturní situace v tomto období, o vývoji literatury po válce, o stalinizaci literatury, o nástupu nových proudů a škol, o literatuře a publicistice v období narůstání krize polské společnosti a tzv. válečného stavu a nástin vývoje nejnovější literatury. Informace o autorech a jejich dílech, rozbor vývoje genologického spektra literatury a náčrt nástupu postmodernismu. Studenti, kteří píší diplomovou práci ve druhém oboru, vypracují a koncem tohoto semestru odevzdají závěrečnou práci z oboru polská literatura (pokud nepíší práci z polské lingvistiky).
