Course objectives
The history and theory of translation; literary translations will be carried out on shorter literary forms (stories, essays, poems); articles dealing with the theory of translation.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Bude podán výklad o historii a teorii překladu. Literární překlad bude procvičován na kratších literárních útvarech (povídka, esej, případně báseň). Referáty o publikacích týkajících se teorie překladu.
