Course objectives (in Czech): Vznik britské analytické filosofie (B. Russell, G. E. Moore). A. J. Ayer. J. L. Austin - teorie performativních vět a mluvních aktů. Analytická filosofie v USA - W.V.O. Quine. Vliv L. Wittgwensteina na hermeneutiky orientované směry v anglo-americké filosofii - P. Winch (V. Británie, USA), Ch. Taylor (Kanada). Recepce heideggrovské hermeneutiky a postmodernismu v USA - P. de Man. Postanalytická a neopragmatická současná filosfie v USA - H. Bloom, S. Cavell, R. Rorty.
