Course objectives
The course introduces the Medieval Canon law, its development in the Bohemian lands and its influence on the Bohemian communal law.
Syllabus
  • Medieval Canon Law
  • History of the Medieval Canon Law
  • Position of the Medieval Canon Law within the Bohemian legal system in the Middle Ages
  • Inlfuence and "communication" of the Canon Law with the common law, municipal law and others.
