- Course objectives
- The purpose of the course is to demonstrate, how to use the etymological method on the Slavic lexical material.
- Syllabus
- 1. Survey of Slavic languages. 2. Sound laws established for Slavic languages. 3. Principles of the etymological method. 4. Application of etymology to the Slavic languages. 5. External correction in context of Indo-European etymology.
