- UJA103 Practical Ukrainian II
The subject "Professional training" is intended for students of third year and higher. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
- Course objectives
- After going through the training, the student will be able to imagine the use of the Ukrainian language in practice. S/he will be able to deal with phone calls, e-mails, business correspondence in Ukrainian as well as to translate simple texts.
- Syllabus
- The subject is designed as professional training in organisations such as companies, government offices, cultural institutions or non-profit organisations depending on the offer made by the lecturer or depending on own opportunities of the student – after discussing them with the coordinator.
- The period of the training is 40 hours and it takes place continuously within one week. The actual content of the training depends on the organisation where the student goes through the training.
- The student consults the place and content of the professional training with the coordinator.
- When the training is over, the student makes a final report where s/he talks about the course and contributions of the training which s/he will present to other colleagues at a meeting that takes place after the training.
