Course objectives
The course aims to present the students with basic knowledge in working with time. The another aim is to enhance and develop skills which are related to this topic. Finally, the course is focused on attitudinal component of personality and its enrichment in relation to the time and personal priorities. Student should be able to: • effectively plan his or hers free time • have the skills to reduce stress in his or hers life • design his or hers life and career goals • orientate himself or herself in personal priorities • better organize his or hers responsibilies in work and private life

  • • introduction to time management, time management • time in relation to the personal and work priorities • time management in leadership • methods of planning the time, time management from the 1st to the • 5th generation • analysis of using the time, time loss factors • practical advice on how to save time

Teaching methods
The course is taught as an interactive training workshop based on group work.
Assessment methods
The course consists of a block of instruction. Students must attend the classes and be active during th scholltime. Students must submit all homeworks required by lecturer.

The course is taught each semester.
Note related to how often the course is taught: Bloková výuka: 10. - 11.3 .2012 9:00--18:00 (Rodinné centrum Měsíční Houpačka Ivančice, Palackého nám. 27, první patro, vstup z průjezdu, s sebou spacák a karimatku). Jídlo nebude zajišťováno centrálně.
