- Cíle předmětu
- This seminar is structured as a four-semester series of regular consultations with the dissertation supervisor, usually registered in the first and second year. In cooperation with their supervisor, students will formulate a reading list and a set of relevant assignments for each semester. The objective is for the students to gain a more comprehensive knowledge of their field of specialization (British and Irish Literature, North American Literature, Australian and New Zealand Literature, Other Literatures in English) and at the same time develop their own professional profile in that field (for instance in a particular genre, stream, period, author, critical approach, etc.).
