- Course objectives
- The course will focus on the current directions in Estonian science and innovation. The visiting lecturer will give an overview of innovative ideas of Estonian scientists and entrepreneurs that have awakened international interest. This includes topics like e-services, biobank, start-ups etc. At the end of this course the students will have general knowledge about Estonia´s innovative ideas and how Estonia communicates them.

- Current cutting-edge Estonian science: biobank, satellites and other big ideas from a small country
- E-stonia: pioneering public e-services
- Not just Skype: the sweet fruits of Estonian start-up culture
