- The goal of the subject is to introduce students to the basic problems of normative ethics, introduce them to the key authors, questions and arguments relating to the nature of moral norms and values.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the students should be able to:
- describe the key theories in normative ethics;
- define the basic concepts in the field;
- reconstruct the most important arguments;
- justify their own moral judgments. - Syllabus
