Course objectives
The aim of the course is to realize a comprehensive "development centre" programme, including evaluation of the outcomes, compilation of the report to participants and giving feedback.
Learning outcomes
After absenting from the course, students will be able to:
independently implement DC;
evaluate the observed competencies of the participants;
create written reports;
communicate the results to the participants.

Teaching methods: project-based learning, 1-day DC realisation, processing of the output report, feedback
Assessment methods
Students gain credits on the basis of:
1. active work at real DC realisation
2. handover of one written feedback
3. providing feedback to one of the participants.

The course is taught annually.
Teacher's information
