- Course objectives
- Under the guidance of experts from practice, students will learn methods, techniques and tools for managing design projects and processes in an agile environment. The course is based on simulation of real project solutions and teamwork. Alternatively, the course can be taken as an individual project with intensive mentoring.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will:
- apply appropriate project management methodologies,
- design a project work plan,
- know how to assemble a project team,
- design a project budget,
- work effectively in a team or manage a team
- design metrics to measure the success of the project. - Syllabus
