- Course objectives
- Automation, artificial intelligence, big data, and other trends are changing the future of work. In this course, we'll look at what trends are shaping the future of work for designers and service design researchers. The course also aims to prepare learners for future changes in the labour market and to set an organisational culture that responds to these changes.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to: - orient themselves in the current trends that affect the workplace, - know possible future trends in the field of work - know and use some of the technologies transforming work - set up the working environment in the context of these technologies (especially VR)

- 1. Trends affecting the shape of work today and tomorrow
- 2. The transformation of the profession of service designer and user researcher
