- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is critical reflection, improvement of perception and active acceptance of expert lectures and films at the Anifilm festival in Liberec on May 7-12, 2024 and subsequent applicability to one's own work.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course, the student will be able to: -reflect on the organization and decision-making within the framework of participation in the festival - think critically and reflect on thinking during expert lectures on animation - apply the acquired information to another field, own study or creation - learn from practice
- Syllabus
- A week before the start of the festival: Introductory classes at the department, a closer introduction to the program, familiarization with the diary method Festival week: Active participation in the festival, attendance at mandatory selected lectures, attendance at own program, all continuously recorded in the diary Two weeks after the festival: Meeting at the department, retrospective reflection of diary entries, the program, own experiences and acquired knowledge

- Teaching methods
- Recording and filling in the diary during the entire festival. The diary will contain several mandatory sections. The rest is completed by the student himself based on his own program. Two weeks after the end, group reflection and discussion.
- Assessment methods
- Compulsory filling in of the diary (recording of the chosen daily program, critical notes on the films watched, critical reflection of the three compulsory lectures, creative free elaboration creating an image of the festival as the student experienced it). Compulsory attendance at the introductory and final lesson. Final discussion activity.
