Course objectives
The objective of the course is the introduction of coaching basics to students. Students will learn how to use basic coaching techniques in their own life and work.
Learning outcomes
Graduates will:
- understand the principles of coaching
- be able to apply the essential theoretical knowledge about coaching in practice
- be able use selected tools and techniques of coaching.

Lectures; Seminars - class discussions, group work.
Assessment methods
To pass the colloquium, student has to: 1) attend at least 80 % of seminars 2) to write an essay 3) to obtain at least 70 % points in final written test
