Course objectives
Seminar that will attempt to develop students abilities in creating professional texts of different genres, especially final dissertations, studies and essays. This course is meant to be a cataloque of the methods and the techiques for succesive phases of the academic writing. It concerns in the creative as well as the technical and the organizational aspects of this work.
Syllabus
  • Choice from different exercises and techniques: looking for a theme, forming goal, forming hypotheses, changing wording, cutting, methods of critical evaluation,creating the syllabus, planning the work, the chronological axis, work with the primary literature, collecting and utilizing the material, principles of the quotations,art techniques in the academic work, revision in collective.

Assessment methods
Requirements for obtaining a credit: portfolio including work created in seminars, active participation in lessons. Portfolio has to be handed in before the end of the seminar, in electronic and printed form.
