Course objectives
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basic methods of interpretation of legal texts, the importance of legal logic and the selected legal terminology with emphasis on its changes during a history. Attention will be given to the legal documents of domestic and foreign origin from ancient times to the present. Students will be able to correctly apply the methods of legal interpretation on the juridical texts of various ages.
