Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to make students acquainted with the possibilities of the use of ethnological research in the solutions of varying social problems (help to developing countries, public space, etc.) During the study of the subject, the students will get to know the alternative approaches to ethnology and anthropology as applied humanities. After completing the course, they will be able to think in the dimensions of applied research, identify its prospective subject, apply the skills connected with field research in practice, and propose solutions to problems.
