Course objectives
The course is a language class of Finnish for beginners. In the course students learn to use Finnish in basic situations. A basic insight into Finnish grammar is presented. It is the first part of a six-semester cycle.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to use Finnish in simple spoken interaction and understand elementary texts. They should be able to use constructions and vocabulary presented in the course and have a basic insight into Finnish grammar.
