Computer literacy at the user level. Ability to work with the Internet, curiosity, the ability to work independently and the desire to find solutions independently, the basics of English are welcome, but not necessary.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic competencies concerning the work with specialized texts and resources - from search to self-creation.
It is designed to help students with the following problems: Do you have trouble searching for resources for your seminar or diploma thesis? Can not you properly judge the expertise of the text? Do you need to learn to properly quote and report the resources used according to the required standard?

Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
  • find the right places to search for information,
  • search efficiently in expert databases to find quality resources for your work,
  • Choose keywords well,
  • to properly quote and increase the value of your work,
  • better to write professional college work,
  • Critically evaluate which resource is right for you and trustworthy,
  • use effective and critical reading methods,
  • Create a poster, infographics or presentation,
  • write notes and organize your notes and documents
