- Course objectives
- Cycle of lectures given by visiting teachers. Their subjects are oriented towards questions of historical cultural research. Students will be acquainted with remarkable Czech and European names in cultural theory where they will also be able to discuss their special research.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will be introduced to current events in the field of contemporary art science.
Students will recognize important researchers and artists.
Students will be acquainted with current methodological procedures in the field of arts research - Syllabus

- Two essays concerning: 1) one of the themes spoken by guest-lecturers, 2) reflection of the contemporary culture according to the own experience of a student.
