- Course objectives
- The course consists in practical familiarization with usual operation of museum institutions and in practising basic work procedures applied at the administration, treatment and presentation of museum collections of ethnographic nature.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to describe the basics of ethnographic museology. They should be able to create museum description of different ethnographic objects, and to use basic museum legislation.

- 1. Electronic and written registration of collections.
- 2. Depository regime and principles of collection depositing.
- 3. Collecting activities.
- 4. Work with collections (exhibitions, expositions, documentation).
- 5. Preparation of students for practical work.
