- Prerequisites
- The course teaches Dutch from the basics, no initial knowledge is required. In the course we will use Dutch and Czech, so a good knowledge of Czech is desirable.

- Course objectives
- The course is also designed as an introduction to the language, life and insitituitons, culture, politics, society and history of Dutch-speaking countries. The aim of the course is therefore to acquire the basics of the Dutch language at A1 level (after two semesters) so that the graduate can understand basic communicative situations while gaining a basic insight into the realities, culture, politics, society and history of the Netherlands and Belgium.

- - practical language in spoken and written form
- - pronunciation

- - different communication situations in the shop, in restaurants

- - making a phone call
