- Course objectives
- The Digital Wellbeing course offers an approach to the sustainable and balanced use of online services, mobile apps and technology. This course is based on the current need to effectively set up a digital ecosystem to minimize stress and reduce the burden associated with modern (ICT) technology. The course focuses on developing skills that allow you to not only escape the trap of uncontrolled technology, but also to use it in a meaningful and judicious way. We want to teach you how to set individual goals and work towards them to achieve digital wellbeing. All this with an emphasis on personal work and a personalized approach to your needs.
- Learning outcomes
- The course focuses on the acquisition, development and reflection of knowledge, skills, attitudes and tools towards the ability to achieve digital balance. The focus is on the general principles of digital wellbeing. Students will be able to apply these principles in their practice.
- Syllabus
- The course combines an introductory online meeting, an intensive Saturday workshop, individualized assignments tailored to your needs, e-learning and a final online reflection. In this way, we believe we provide a comprehensive and effective environment for achieving optimal digital balance (digital wellbeing).
