- 1. Izolace bakteriální genomové DNA; 2. Selektivní hybridizace restrikčních fragmentů (ribotypizace); 3. Makrorestrikční analýza, pulzní gelová elektroforéza; 4. PCR 16S rDNA, sekvenování genu pro druhovou identifikaci; 5. PCR-RFLP genu pro koagulázu u stafylokoků; 6. Aplikace AFLP (rep-PCR, AP-PCR) pro typizaci bakterií; 7. Indukce bakteriofága lambda a izolace fágové DNA; 8. Transdukce plazmidové DNA; 9. Konjugace u E. coli; 10. Izolace spontánních mutant rezistentních ke streptomycinu; 11. Fluktuační test; 12. Kultivace virů, růstová křivka bakteriofága; 13. Izolace plazmidu z kvasinek.
