Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquire the latest knowledge from the selected fields of geology and Geomorphology (see specification below) and their adopting during own research.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course the student will be able to:
- prove the latest scientific knowledge in the selected fields of geology and geomorphology,
- apply novel methodological and knowledge outputs during the creation of own PhD. thesis and during own scientific activity.
Syllabus
  • Selected topics correspond to the research focus of the PhD. student.
Teaching methods
The student receives the basic literature for own study. According to recommendations of the teacher, the student will prepare a brief report of the latest scientific knowledge to the given topic (according to its partial specification) and in the oral form presents it during the colloquium with the teacher.
