- Course objectives
- The instruction has the nature of consultations, pertinent to petrological work. It is focused on practical tasks, ensuing from the theme of diploma thesis, namely: micropetrographic analyses, quantitative mineralogical analyses, rock classifications, grain-size measurement, porosity microstructural and textural petrological characteristics thermogravimetry and its application X-ray diffraction study of rocks and its application infrared spectroscopy and its application in petrographically oriented work electron microscopy and microanalysis The instruction is modified according to needs of the diploma students in individual classes.
