- Course objectives
- Basic laboratory works (filtration, crystallization, distillation, extraction, vacuum sublimation, volumetric methods) as well as determination of physicochemical constants of compounds are exercised. At the end of this course students should by able simple chemical operations on ones own to exercise

- Introduction, operational safety, laboratory equipment
- Demonstrations of more complicated apparatuses
- Practical exercises of basic operations e.g. destillation, filtration,acid-base titration etc.

- Sublimation in vacuo Úvod, bezpečnost práce, seznámení s vybavením laboratoře
- Praktické ukázky složitějších aparatur
- Praktické procvičování základních operací destilace, filtrace, titrace
