- Course objectives
- The objective of the course is to acquaint students with institutions where they could use knowledge gained in the study of social and regional geography
- Syllabus
- Social and regional geography and its application in universities. Geography and Academy of Science of the Czech Republic. Geographical knowledge in resort research. Use of knowledge in regional development offices of particular regions. Geographers and municipal offices. Use of geographical knowledge in regional agencies. Geography graduates and consulting companies. During seminar students will discuss with graduates and Ph.D. students working in the above-mentioned institutions.
