- 1. NMR in the context of Structural Biology 2. Energy levels and fundamental parameters of NMR spektra 3. Vector model and Bloch equations 4. Fourier Transform 5. Instrumentation for NMR studies 6. Density matrix theory and product operetor formalism 7. Basic methods of NMR in one dimension 8. Basic methods of NMR in two and more dimensions 9. Basic applications of NMR in structural biology and biophysics.
