Course objectives
The lecture introduces into problematics of physiological processes in animal groups living in diverse ecological environments. It draws from human physiology resources and provide basics fundamentals of molecular physiology. The main objective of the course is to obtain contemporary knowledge of physiological regulation mechanisms and understand them in broad adaptive and evolutionary context. Student will be able to describe details of physiological processes as well as to analyse cooperation among physiological systems.

Teaching methods
Theoretical study by means of lectures, textbooks, web applications.
Assessment methods
The final evaluation is based on written exam. It consists of 12 open questions. Time limit is 90 minutes. At least 50% knowledge is mandatory.
