- Course objectives
- The lecture extends the knowledge of the master's study in geology and chemistry. The aim of the lecture and exercises is to undestand in more details to the general principles of sampling for the environmental assessment studies.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will learn how to prepare the individual steps of the analytical program and develop a sampling plan. After completing the course, the student will understand the information obtained by sampling, know - how credible the results are - how can we check them - how to identify poor results and find the cause In addition, they will get acquainted in more detail with (1) the techniques used in sampling used in the environmental studies, (2) the methods of determining the values of the natural geological background.
