Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the skills needed to prepare and deliver short and meaningful presentations on the topic of their master's thesis. Students are expected to deliver short presentations regarding preliminary and final results of their master's thesis.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students are able to:
- work with scientific literature,
- apply guidelines for writing master's thesis,
- prepare a presentation on scientific topic,
- deliver presentation on methodology aspects,
- deliver presentation of scientific results,
- discuss computational biology scientific topics.

  • Working with scientific literature,
  • Structuring the bachelor's thesis,
  • Students' presentations on progress of their theses,
  • Discussion with teachers and class-mates on scientific topics.
