  • Determination of soluble proteins. Determination of dry weight of bacterial suspensions. Growth curves of bacteria.One step growth curve of virulent phage. Induction lyse of lysogenic bacteria. Inactivation of phage 812 by heat (thermodynamic parametrs). Determination of oxaciline concentration samples and M.I.C. Determination of dehydrogenase activity of native bacterial cells. Determination of process of beta-galactosidase induction. Phosphatase activity of native bacterial cells. Preparation of bacteria acetone powder. Phosphatase activity of bacterial acetone powder. Determination of BCO5- Oxitop. Microbial oxidation of polutants - Oxitop.
