At the end of this course, students should be able to understand and to explain current knowledge of the various disciplines dealing with thee Quaternary period.

• Ice Core Science. Paleoclimate Research. Past Global Changes. Reconstruction of Large-Scale Atmospheric Circulation. 14C Chronology. Past Human-Climate-Ecosystem Interactions. Future Paleoscience.
