  • Praktická cvičení s využitím moderní měřící techniky zaměřené na úlohy, jejichž těžištěm je pozníní a procvičení následujících oblastí aplikace indukované fluorescence chlorofylu in vivo: (1) Základní fluorescenční poměr jako indikátor stresu v PS II (2) Efektivní kvantová výtěžek fotochemických procesů v PS II (3) Indukční jev: Rychlá kinetika fluorescnce chlorofylu (4) Indukční jev: Pomalá (Kautského) kinetita fluorescence chlorofylu (5) Fotochemické a nefotochemické zhášení fluorescence chlorofylu (6) Energetické zhášení fluorescence chlorofylu (7) Fotoinhibiční zhášení fluorescence chlorofylu (8) Zobrazovací metody fluorescecnce chlorofylu (Chl fluorescence imaging) (9) Indikace vlivu blokátorů elektronového transportu thalakoidní membránou chloroplastu (10) Indikace vlivu toxických látek na funkci fotosystému II (11) Indikace vlivu sub- supra-optimálních teplot na funkci PS II (12) Indikace vlivu fotoinhibice na funkci PS II
