Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are the following: Making students aware of basic aspects of team work (experinece based); Understanding the typology of team roles and using it in common situations; Understanding the principles of some management tools (brainstorming, work breakdown structure etc.); Understanding basic principles of project planning;

  • Various problem solving activities aimed on team work issues
  • Analysis of team performance in those activities
  • Generalisation of the observations, verbalization of general principles of team work.
