Course objectives
Applications of Descriptive Geometry is devoted to applications of methods of decsiptive geometry in technical praxis. Applications of surfaces of revolutions and line surfaces are studied.

  • 1. Surfaces: surfaces of revolution, quadrics of revolution. 2. Plane cuts. 3. Technical applications. 4. Technical ilumination. 5. Space curves and developable surfaces. 6. Helix and developable helix surfaces. 7. Complanation of developable surfaces.
