- Course objectives
- The lecture is meant to be a continuation and extension of the selected parts of Meteorology and Climatology in the basic course of Geography. Its aim is to give a comprehensive knowledge about the geographic and seasonal differences in climate, which arise due to the heating of Earth by the Sun and transport of heat by the atmosphere, oceans, and the Earth's surface. The greatest part is then devoted to presentation of the climates of continents and selected regions of the world.
- Syllabus
- Introduction
- Atmospheric general circulations
- Physical components of climate system

- Teaching methods (in Czech)
- Přednášky využívají nejnovějších informací získaných z vědeckých článků, odborných a populárně naučných knih.
