Course objectives
We focus on two key skill areas: 1. Self-management - we will work together to improve your workflow (more efficient and more pleasnt) workflow, better control and predictability in fulfuling work and life related tasks, taming procrastination, basic project management etc. 2. Leadership in conversations (managing team meetings) - how to bring meaning and progress into conversations and group discussions, basic coaching and facilitation tools Measurable criteria - student will know GTD, ZTD and several other methods of managing own workflow and will be able to choose relevant tools for his life/work situation. - student will be able to use basic tools of project management (work breakdown structure, Gant diagram ) - student will get a lot of training in listening - student will understand basic coaching and facilitation tools
Learning outcomes
1. Student will be aware of basic technics of team work and meeting managment. 2. Student will experience and will be abble to apply basic technics of active listening. 3. Student will learn basic technics of dialogue facilitation and get aquited with basic coaching technics.
