Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain principles of scientific communication in physiology and immunology; work with information on scientific communication in physiology and immunology; create lectures on their topic of scientific work; Seminar is scheduled meeting of academic staff and students of biology teaching. Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to learn how to present and discuss aims, methods and results of research, how to communicate with the related biological institutions.
Learning outcomes

Syllabus
  • Presentations of research aims, methods and results. Reports about conferences, workshops and scientific meetings. Reviews of new papers and books related to biology research. Invited lectures of scientist from related institutions.

Class discussion, lectures, oral presentation
Assessment methods
Regular weekly seminars. Individual presentations or bachelor or diploma theses as well as active participation and at least 80% presence are required.
