LLL programme specification

The presented LLL programme responds to the education and human resources development demand. 

The programme includes two LLL plans. The first is Age Management for Human Resource Management, which consists of three modules: Fundamentals of Age Management and Managing Work Capability; Preparing for Ageing as Part of Age Management; and Putting Age Management into Practice. The second course is a tutor in contact, hybrid and online learning.

These curricula respond to the current demographic challenges associated with an ageing population and quality assurance efforts for lecturers in adult education.

The study aims to prepare professionals for professional and conceptual work in work ability support and age management, as well as to strengthen the competencies of lecturers in adult education.
